CASE STUDY
When our work began Doors to Dream they provided “Moment In Time” events to benefit children who had experienced trauma while delivering a social impact experience to corporate events. But they had incredible visions for their future.
By working through the S.P.A.R.K. Program over the course of 3.5 months we helped them reframe their organizational model from an events-only organization to include:
A sustainable after-school program that transforms the lives of inner-city youth
Establish brand messaging to communicate this change
Align their organizational identity to the new vision
Commit to a multi-year action plan
Find a key people to help drive change
Develop a funding strategy to increase donor volume and depth.
